If stock is only indicated at our warehouse location it can still be transferred to your desired store, even if you just want to try it, just get in touch with your desired store during store opening hours and make a request!

Key feel provides an authentic piano-playing experience.

Featuring an 88-key Graded Hammer Standard (GHS) keyboard, the feel of the Yamaha P-45's keyboard changes gradually according to the register, with a heavier feel at the lower notes, and a lighter touch at the high end. The natural feel of this keyboard provides a genuine piano playing experience that is remarkably close to that of an acoustic piano, down to a matte finish on the black keys.


Recreates the real reverberation of a grand piano

Improving on traditional AWM synthesis, the P-45 delivers authentic piano sounds. AWM is a technology that uses digital recordings of sources, like real instruments, and allows players to enjoy grand piano reverberation wherever they may be.

Compact and light design provides for easy transportation.

With a depth of under 30cm, the Yamaha P-45 boasts a slim and elegant form that requires little space, and weighing in at 11.5kg, can be relocated anywhere in your home or studio with ease, or used for performance outside!

Simple operation with a single button

Numerous parameters can be changed with the press of a single button - hold down the "GRAND PIANO/FUNCTION" button, and press the keyboard to change timbres, play demo songs, configure metronome settings, and more.
