Return Policy
At Mega Music, your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to reach out to our team of experts with any questions to ensure you’re confident in your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review the following options for returning your item:
Unopened Items
You can return an unopened item for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. For online purchases, we will accept returns if the item is postmarked within 7 days of arrival. The refund will be processed once the item is received and verified by our store.
If the item is found to be opened or in poor condition, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Opened Items
Opened items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in mint condition and free from any damage. The store credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.
If the returned item is damaged, we will contact you to explore other solutions.
Special Order Returns
Special order items, which are not part of our regular stock, cannot be returned. However, we may assess returns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to assist you. Please contact us at online@megamusic.net.au for more information.
Warranty Returns
Items returned under warranty are not subject to these return conditions. Mega Music will follow the ACCC guidelines for warranty returns.
Ineligible Items for Return
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for In-Ear Monitors, Microphones, Harmonicas, Pop Filters, Windsocks, Brass, and Woodwind instruments.
