We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Pro Audio Specialist to join the Mega Music x Mega Pro Audio team, supporting the continued growth of our professional audio, PA, lighting, and audio visual sales.

This full-time role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for live sound, production, and helping customers find the right solution for their needs. You’ll work with a wide range of customers, including musicians, Houses of Worship, schools, venues, production teams, installers, and everyday music makers, providing practical advice and a standout customer experience both in store and over the phone or email.

You’ll be working across a broad range of professional audio and AV equipment, including digital mixing consoles, live microphones and wireless systems, PA speakers, stage lighting, projectors, LED screens, switchers, and related accessories. Experience in praise and worship environments, church production teams, live sound, installations, trades, site work, electrical, or rigging will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised, and confident communicating with customers. You’ll have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, the ability to multitask, and a positive team-focused attitude. Familiarity with other musical categories such as guitars, keyboards, drums, synths, and recording equipment would also be a great advantage.
