Warm up your Digital Tracks (see image 4) Space Heater is a high-performance summing mixer that lets you instantly mix tracks in the analog realm, with an oversized output transformers and vacuum tubes for vintage warmth and character. Eight mono input channels or four stereo pairs are available, there is a heat switch on each pair that allows you to adjust the voltage of the 12AX7 tube. Lower voltage settings reduce the load on the tube to produce a more pronounced distortion effect. Individual drive and level controls for each channel give you full control over each tube circuit, giving you a wide range of tones for thickening up digital stems or adding distortion effects to vocals, guitars, and drums. Use of Software Insert (see image 4) Use Space Heater‚Ñ¢ on eight separate tracks in your mix to add more harshness or character. Adjustable LEVEL and DRIVE values ??allow you to control the level of distortion, from subtle to extreme. Combine 8 or more Channels into Stereo (see image 5) Send your stereo stem mixes to Space Heater to complete your final summing. Mix four stereo stems into one master stereo output, or connect multiple Space Heaters for analog summing heaven! With In-ear monitor (see image 6) Restores the natural feel and sound of in-ear monitors by adding the natural-compression of tube distortion to the signal path. It's like playing in front of an amp without the stage noise. Record Drums (see image 7) To produce a rich tube crunch, set the Space Heater to 25 volts and adjust the drive and level accordingly. Individual sends as outputs to feed the recorder or mix down to stereo via the integrated bus.
