Based on the classic sounds of the MXR M117 Flanger, the MXR Micro Flanger boasts many of the same flanging effects of it's older brother, but in a more compact and convenient size. First released in the '80s, this accurate recreation uses the same two key controls - Rate, to govern the speed of cycling and a Regen knob to control the overall intensity of the effect - and remains faithful to it's 100% analog BBD technology for a superior warm and natural tone. Updated with a true bypass switch to avoid any loss of tone when bypassed, the Micro Flanger ranges from sweeps akin to a jet plane, to ethereal cosmic space type effects.
