A Greco LP-style EG420B, made in the 1970s.
This LP-style custom model features the bolt-on joint from the so-called "Greco Logo" era. It has an arched hollow body, a maple neck, a striped ebony fingerboard, a semi-open rear pickup, a bridge with a plastic saddle, diamond inlays and block position marks, and the word "Custom" engraved on the truss rod cover.
The pickups appear to be original, though the front pickup cover lacks the "Greco" engraving; the texture of the 1st string button on the star-shaped tuners is different.
The metal plate for the rear volume control is missing, and there are signs of wear (including cracks in the binding throughout, dents on the headstock top, discoloration, small scratches and scuff marks, scuffs and wipe marks, picking marks, buckle marks, and surface damage such as peeling, clouding, pitting and rust on metal parts and screws).
Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment). While there is some slight indentation on the fret tops, the string height is sufficient for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions with no issues.
