First unveiled in 1960 as Gibson's first square shoulder offering, the unmistakable Hummingbird is one of has been long considered by many to be one of the finest acoustic guitars ever built. Arriving at the dawn of a new era in music, this model was quickly embraced by the industry's top players as one of Gibson's most distinctive acoustic instruments. Constructed with a thermally aged Sitka Spruce top, the all-new 1960 Hummingbird captures the style and performance of those early vintage legends.

Combining lightly aged hardware with a gorgeous Light Aging finish by the Murphy Lab's master craftsmen, the 1960 Hummingbird faithfully simulates decades of light play wear, giving it the unique mojo of a vintage example from the Golden Era of Gibson.
