This special edition Fender Japan Stratocaster commemorates the 40th anniversary of the iconic Stratocaster model. Based on the 1962 specifications, it features a printed flame neck design and an original joint plate exclusive to the anniversary model. The guitar has been modified with high-quality upgrades, including:

Replacement pickups with Pure Vintage '56 Stratocaster pickups for authentic vintage tone
Upgraded electronics: CTS potentiometers, OAK selector switch, Luxe ZNW1P1 Chiclet capacitor, and new wiring
Shielded cavity for improved sound clarity
Matte finish on the back of the neck for comfortable playability
The instrument shows some signs of use, including a burn mark on the headstock and a touch-up paint chip near the serial number on the neck. There is also a repaired crack around the lower screw holes of the back panel, likely from prior damage. The neck remains in excellent condition with no issues in the truss rod, and the frets have been recently leveled, providing low action without fret buzz or dead spots. The guitar weighs approximately 3.5kg.
