The control knob located at the cutaway horn enables you to pre-set a seperate volume for the neck pickup, giving you a whole new world of tone when switching pickups. Made from premium Mahogany combined with a maple top and rosewood fretboard, the Fantom delivers the tonal power that you would expect from an instrument like this. Deluxe 5-ply binding, trusted Duesenberg Nickel hardware, Wing fretboard inlays, as well as a transparent brown finish for the neck, sides and back (burst models only) make this instrument a companion for a lifetime. Features SOLID-BODY CONSTRUCTION The Fantom Series S is made from hand-selected premium Mahogany for the Neck and Body, as well as flamed Maple for the top. The Body is finished off with a deluxe 5-ply cream and black binding. CUSTOM ALNICO2 PICKUPS The Fantom Series S is fitted with a custom-made set of Duesenberg Grand Vintage II pickups which deliver a pure and warm vintage tone. These premium pickups have been developed specifically for this instrument. PLEK PROCESSED A Plek processed fretboard guarantees perfectly level frets.
