A throwback from the eighties, the Aria Pro II XX Deluxe is Japan’s answer (er copy) of the Gibson Flying V. The XX Deluxe was only produced between 1982 and 1987.
The XX features an alder body and rosewood neck and 22 frets. It has a single volume control, a tone control and a 3 position toggle to switch between neck pickup, bridge pickup or both.
It’s pretty apparent that this particular guitar has been well loved, played and gigged easily noticeable by the excessive amounts of battle scars. All over the guitar there are plenty of signs of use, though nothing structural at all.
The pickups are the original MIJ blade pickups and they sound absolutely fantastic! All wired up and ready to rock, setup with nice low action with a set of 10s.
