The Yamaha Pacifica 612VIIX is a longtime fan favorite that proudly reflects the Pacifica series’ origins in Yamaha’s LA custom shop, blending boutique craftsmanship with premium performance features. Designed for players who demand exceptional tone, feel, and reliability, the PAC612VIIX stands out as one of the best values in its class.

At the heart of its sonic power is a Seymour Duncan Custom 5 TB-14 humbucker in the bridge position, paired with two SSL-1 single-coil pickups in the middle and neck. This versatile combination delivers everything from sparkling cleans to rich, roaring leads with dynamic clarity and warmth. The five-way pickup selector and coil-split capability offer even greater tonal flexibility, making it easy to move between classic rock crunch, bluesy licks, and shimmering pop textures.

Built with Yamaha’s renowned precision, the Pacifica 612VIIX features a solid alder body with a beautifully contoured shape for ultimate comfort, a smooth satin-finished maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard that invites effortless playability. A Wilkinson VS50-6 vibrato bridge ensures excellent tuning stability and expressive control, while Grover locking tuners, a Graph Tech TUSQ nut, and a TUSQ string tree further enhance tuning precision and sustain.
