This beautiful classical guitar from Yamaha has classic features you'd find on expensive classical guitars, yet the CG142S is offered at a tremendously good price.

The full-size classical guitar gives lots of bold tone balanced from lows to highs, with a slight emphasis on the mid-range punch. The result is a Yamaha guitar with plenty of projection to fill a small room with the soft, intimate sound of a nylon-string classical guitar. The top features solid Engelmann spruce, a wood that emits the sensitive tone frequently recommended for fingerstyle and light flatpicking. The Yamaha CG142S's nato neck, back, and sides provide the force behind this instrument's tone, bringing out the deep sound of nylon strings. The rosewood bridge and fretboard add crisp sustain and clarity to your chords.

Dressed in a beautiful finish, and featuring a mosaic-design rosette, chrome hardware and white pearloid peg tuners, this Yamaha CG142S guitar embodies the appearance of the classical guitar.
