Two Ways to Boost
The included Boost circuit features PRE and POST modes, greatly expanding the V550's flexibility. In POST mode, the Boost circuit acts as a volume boost, lifting the output level without colouring your fundamental sound - providing a pure and transparent volume boost - letting your original sound to shine proudly. In PRE mode, the booster is placed before the amp model in the signal chain, pushing the amplifier with more intensity to give the effect of a vintage tube screamer in front of an amp, and introduce a tasteful vintage style drive with a hint of dirt and mojo.
