At the heart of this model are PRS’s acclaimed 58/15 LT “S” pickups, which provide a balanced voice with rich clarity—ideal for anything from smooth jazz to soaring rock leads. But what truly sets the SE Hollowbody II Piezo apart is its advanced LR Baggs/PRS Piezo system, offering the ability to seamlessly shift between electric and acoustic sounds—or blend the two for a unique hybrid tone.

With dual volume controls and two dedicated output jacks, players can easily tailor their signal path: blend magnetic and piezo tones through one output, or split them to separate amps or DIs for full tonal control on stage. And thanks to a clever failsafe design, the magnetic pickups function independently even if the piezo battery is depleted, ensuring you're never caught without a sound.
