In 1985, PRS released their quintessential Custom 24 model that started it all. The Custom 24-08 remains faithful to the fundamental specs of the original models, while pushing the Custom series to all new sonic territory. Much like the Core Series guitars, the SE Custom 24-08 includes two mini-toggle coil-split switches to individually split the coils of each humbucker, transforming them into true single coils for a total of 8 unique pickup configurations. Classic specifications include a Maple top, Mahogany back, Rosewood fretboard and 24 frets on a 25" scale length, PRS patented tremolo system and the iconic PRS headstock logo.
