The PRS S2 Special Semi-Hollow is built for players who demand tonal flexibility without sacrificing character. Its semi-hollow design paired with a unique pickup layout delivers a blend of warmth, clarity, and resonance that feels both classic and contemporary. A carved maple top over a mahogany back gives this guitar a naturally airy tone with enhanced sustain and depth.

Loaded with a pair of 58/15 LT humbuckers in the neck and bridge, plus a PRS Narrowfield DD pickup in the middle, the S2 Special serves up a sonic palette that spans from crisp single-coil sparkle to rich, vintage-voiced humbucker tones. Thanks to a 5-way blade switch and two mini-toggle coil splits, you’ll have access to 12 distinct pickup combinations—perfect for players who like to explore every tonal shade.

A 22-fret, 25” scale mahogany neck with PRS’s Pattern Regular carve and a rosewood fingerboard makes for smooth, comfortable playability. The signature bird inlays add a touch of elegance, while PRS Phase III locking tuners and the patented tremolo system ensure rock-solid tuning and expressive control.
