The kick drum of the Concept Classic kit is constructed using 7-ply European Maple shells and 10-ply hoops, including telescoping spurs as standard. Finally, all Concept Classic drums feature DW's True Pitch tension rods, vintage-style claw hooks, dual-turret lugs with a retro-inspired design, and world-renowned Remo drum heads.
