At first glance, the LTD Deluxe EC-01FT appears to be a simple, streamlined version of the single-cutaway ESP Eclipse design, but upon closer inspection, this guitar features some significant improvements. Making it one of the best options for players looking for the toughest gigs imaginable. With a flat body and clear electronic layout, nothing gets in the way of anything from intense riffs and crackling giant power chords to melodic lead lines. Featuring a comfortable 24.75-inch scale length and smooth set-thru heel construction, so there's nothing stopping you from grabbing the highest frets. The classic mahogany body and 3-piece mahogany neck accentuate your big tones, and it features a striking brushed matte black pickguard to help you stand out from the crowd. The EC-01FT has a 43mm nut, giving you a little more room on the fingerboard to play powerful chords. It features a Macassar ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays and 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. A recessed TonePros TOM bridge and string-thru body maximize resonance while keeping string heights low and comfortable. LTD locking tuners keep you in tune and make string changes easy. Perhaps the biggest advantage of the EC-01FT is the Custom 14, a new custom pickup designed specifically for the ESP by Seymour Duncan. Designed specifically for the needs of ESP players, the EC-01FT's flexible and dynamic Custom 14 pickup offers a range from clean, chiming intros to searing rock, classic metal, and hardcore tones. Overwhelming modern chugging and clear, edgy sounds, the rhythm lines you've always wanted. A push-pull control on the volume knob splits this pickup into the most extensive single-coil bridge territory ESP has ever offered.
