Both our Myaree and Wangara stores are open 9–5:30pm Monday – Friday, with Myaree open 9–7pm Thursdays, both stores 9–5pm on Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Click and collect is a service offered at both store locations, which may require stock to be moved between stores or from the warehouse, as such we request that if you have ordered online, to please wait for a confirmation message before heading to the store.

If stock is only indicated at our warehouse location it can still be transferred to your desired store, even if you just want to try it, just get in touch with your desired store during store opening hours and make a request!

Please also be aware that unless you have paid a deposit to hold an item, it will remain free for sale on the web even if it has been set aside in-store. To avoid disappointment we always recommend a 10% deposit, this can be done in-store or online, just get in touch!

12 Amps Derived from Helix The Catalyst® CX family consists of three 2-channel combination amplifiers that function like traditional guitar amps while offering the great versatility of modern amplifiers. They feature 12 amp voicings (ranging from pristine cleans to modern high gain) derived from the award-winning Helix® amp and effects processor, and each amp voicing is tuned with a custom boost type. Additionally, there are 24 HX® quality effects across 4 effect categories. Other features include durable quality construction, a tap/tuner button, an XLR line output, an effects loop, power amp input for using Catalyst CX as an active speaker, MIDI capability, a 2-channel USB recording interface, and power output options. The free Catalyst Edit app for desktop and mobile devices provides comprehensive editing capabilities. From the 200-watt Catalyst CX 200 for use on almost any stage to the 60-watt Catalyst CX 60 for practicing, recording, and performing in small venues, there's a Catalyst CX amp player for everyone. Channel Select There are two channels that may be configured individually and their settings saved. Press the CH A or CH B button to select a channel. Press the Manual button to enter Manual mode, which is independent of the two channels, and use the controls as you would on a traditional amp.

  • 12 Amp Voicings Select one of 12 Amp Voicings ranging from pristine clean to modern high-gain, derived from the Helix amp and effects processor.
  • Traditional Controls Plus Catalyst CX amps feature familiar Volume, Gain, Tone, and Reverb controls—with numerous effect and other options available just “under the hood.”
  • Dedicated Boost Each Amp Voicing is matched with an optimal Boost type. Use the Boost control to adjust the amount, and the Boost button to switch the circuit in and out.
  • Onboard Effects Select up to two of 24 Reverb, Delay, Modulation, and Pitch effects derived from Helix.
  • Tempo/Tuner Tap in the tempo when using time-based effects such as delay and tremolo. Press and momentarily hold the button to access the chromatic tuner.
  • Optional Footswitch Connect an optional LFS2 footswitch to toggle between channels and turn effects on and off remotely. The roadworthy metal LFS2 comes with a cable.
  • Professional Connectivity Connect Catalyst CX to professional P.A. or recording devices using the XLR line output (with Ground Lift switch).
  • Effects Loop Insert external effects and other devices into your signal chain using the Effects Loop.
  • Power AMP IN Use Catalyst CX as a powered speaker by bypassing the preamp. Perfect for use with amp modelers and simulators.
  • Output Power Provides half power, 0.5 watts, and speaker Mute options for reduced volume with minimal tone variation.
  • USB Use this to connect to the Catalyst Edit app (Mac®, PC, iOS®, Android™) and to the onboard audio interface, which provides 4 channels (4in/4out) at 24-bit, 44.1kHz or 48kHz.
  • MIDI Catalyst 100 and 200 receive Program Change (channel/preset selection) and Continuous Controller messages via 5-pin DIN. Catalyst 60 supports MIDI over USB-B.
