The solid rosewood back and sides, paired with the solid Sitka spruce top, gives you a full, rich, and balanced tone. The cutaway body ensures outstanding access to the upper frets on the comfortable, ebony fretboard-equipped round profile mahogany neck. This model of the Songwriter receives the Custom treatment, with Les Paul™ Custom-inspired cosmetics, including an Ebony nitrocellulose lacquer finish, multi-ply binding on the top and back, a Les Paul-fashioned peghead with a Custom split diamond inlay in mother of pearl, a bound ebony fretboard with mother of pearl Custom Block inlays, and gold Grover® Rotomatic® tuners. It comes prepared with L.R. Baggs™ Session VTC electronics and a hardshell case.
