If stock is only indicated at our warehouse location it can still be transferred to your desired store, even if you just want to try it, just get in touch with your desired store during store opening hours and make a request!

Modern Humbucker Alnico:

The Modern Humbucker Alnico delivers powerful musicality and explosive tone for full-bodied chords, and quick and fluid leads, as well as a voice never before heard from a humbucker. Alnico is fantastic in either position, or often paired with a ceramic bridge pickup.

Modern Humbucker Alnico Voicings:

  • Voice 1 (Modern Active): The perfect active alnico sound. Full, round, and hot, but with unmatched articulation and dynamics.
  • Voice 2 (Crisp, clean and fluid): The clean, crisp neck humbucker tone you’ve been looking for, without the offensive thin, plinky sound.

Modern Humbucker Ceramic:

Delivering ceramic attack that cuts through even the densest mix, the Modern Humbucker Ceramic boasts fierce active aggression, with the punch of a passive in the same pickup. Works great in either position, or commonly paired with an Alnico neck.

Modern Humbucker Ceramic Voicings:

  • Voice 1 (Modern Active High Output): The ideal active ceramic humbucker tone. Crisp, blistering crunch, rigid bass with no mud, and a growl.
  • Voice 2 (Modern Passive Attack): Natural, high output, passive ceramic tone. Incredible distortion characteristics with Fluence dynamics and response.
