The Double Cat is equipped with Duesenberg's proven pickup combination comprising of the classically wound GrandVintage humbucker for the bridge and the smooth and creamy Domino P90 singlecoil for the neck. The middle position of both pickups features our special wiring, which splits certain low end frequencies out of the humbucker signal. This creates an open and extremely versatile addition to your pallet of sounds. Diamond Deluxe Tremola Meet the vibrato system that has changed the idea of what a classic design can do. The smooth and easy to use Duesenberg Diamond Deluxe Tremola lends itself to subtle and also dramatic chord modulation. It is known around the world for its outstanding tuning stability, solid construction and elegant looks. The Dream Team Duesenberg Pickups are known for their distinct, clear and versatile tone that easily cuts through the mix from mellow Jazz to supercharged rock. Our creamy Domino P90 in the neck position and the classically voiced GrandVintage Humbucker at the bridge form an all-around dream team many have tried to replicate. The acclaimed middle position of the heavy duty 3-way switch features a special wiring that filters certain low-end frequencies out of the humbucker signal. The result is an open, funky and extremely versatile addition to your pallet of tone.

Features

  • CHAMBERED BODY A solid body that features big sound chambers for enhanced tone and weight reduction. Particularly characteristic tone somewhere between a solid and semi-hollow construction.
  • 6-STRING / 12-STRING The Double Cat comes in either 6- or 12-String configuration. Both come in a stunning Catalina Blue finish and our famous pickup combination. The 6-String version additionally comes in black.
  • PLEK PROCESSED A pleked fretboard guarantees perfectly level frets. This is the basis for our fret polishing and setup work all done by hand that eventually makes our instruments play like nothing you have ever played before.
