The SDE3 Predecessor - The Roland SDE - 3000 – Digital Delay with an Analog Soul Guitarists often divide their views of delay devices into two camps: analog and digital. Analog keywords tend to be "warm," "rich," and "organic," while digital keywords tend to be "precise" and "clean." But one of the early digital classics set the standard for rich, musical delay tones that have stood the test of time for four decades. this defined a sound that perfectly combined precision and character, beautifully capturing the best of both worlds. You could even call this "vintage digital." It's a third, separate section that offers the best delay effect available, a perfectly harmonious blend of digital and analog.
