Fast Sound Creation

The ME-90 allows you to build configurations and tweak tones with the ease of a pedalboard, without worrying about patch cables, power distribution, or Velcro, thanks to it's knob-driven interface and in-depth effects selection. Simply dial in an amp model or effect type within a category, and tweak the knobs to find the sound you want. The ME-90 features 36 preset patches with professional ready-to-play sounds, and an additional 36 user patches for saving your custom patches.

Flexible Real-Time Control

With eight smooth, quiet-operation footswitches, and an expression pedal with an integrated toe switch, the ME-90 gives you flexible control over your sounds in real-time. Call up complete patch setups using the footswitches in Memory mode, and then switch to Manual mode to control the on/off status of each effect inside that patch. The footswitch LEDs illuminate in different color for fast identification when performing in the moment, and you can even set all LEDs to light in a fixed color for each mode.

High-Quality BOSS Effects

Providing you with a huge collection of BOSS effects at your fingertips, the ME-90 offers seven different categories, loaded with a range of options taken from the flagship GT-1000. From overdrives and distortions, to pitch and modulation effects, delays, and studio-grade reverbs, the ME-90 gives you everything you need. With 11 dedicated Pedal FX, a looper, and dedicated effects like acoustic simulation and detuning. The ME-90 features a total of 60 effect types, with access to an additional 20 via BOSS Tone Studio, and an effects loop for external pedals, with the ability to save the on/off status in patches, and place the loop in various places in the signal chain.

More than just multi-effects, the ME-90 features amp models ported from the GT-1000, driven by BOSS's advanced AIRD technology to achieve realistic tube tone and feel. More lightweight than it's predecessor, the ME-90 retains the rock-solid durability that BOSS is known for, with a newly redesigned expression pedal for finer control over parameters. Powered using either 4 AA batteries or the optional AC adaptor, a switch on the rear panel optimizes the outputs for a guitar amp or PA system instantly. Using the USB-C output, the ME-90 can even be used as an audio interface for your favorite DAW.
