The KeyLab Essential is perfect for creating in the studio, or performing on stage thanks to the smooth and responsive hybrid synth-piano keybed in combination with Pitch and Mod wheels, and a Pedal Input for external foot control. You can switch between MIDI notes, clip triggering, finger-drumming, and more, using the RGB color-coded velocity & pressure-sensitive pads.

Interact with key controls at your fingertips with full rotation Encoders, and adjust anything from panning to instrument specific parameters, and the included ultra-smooth Faders allow you to tweak track levels, envelope setting and other parameters on your Arturia instruments. Finally, with dedicated DAW controls, you can switch between sculpting your synth sounds to navigating your session. With KeyLab Essential, you're in control at all times.

You can even turn chords or selections of notes into moving melodies and rhythmic patterns with the integrated Arpeggiator, complete with Hold function so you can free up your hands.
