Powerful Partner for Electronic Drums The Alesis Strike Amp 12 MK2 is a powerful bi-amped speaker designed specifically for electronic drums. With a power output of 2500 watts, it provides plenty of headroom for almost any performance or rehearsal. The robust 12-inch woofer and 1-inch high-frequency compression driver are tuned for smooth frequency response across the spectrum, providing the most accurate and authentic representation of the instrument's acoustic and electronic drum sounds. The Strike Amp 12 MK2's performance is very good, with a maximum sound pressure level of 132 dB and a frequency range of 44 Hz to 20 kHz. It's wide enough to deliver the full punch of a kick drum to the crystal-clear crackle of a snare or hi-hat. All the Connections You Need - including Bluetooth The Strike Amp 12 MK2 features two combo XLR and 1/4-inch combo inputs for connecting electronic drum kits or multi-pad instruments, each with independent volume controls. You can also wirelessly connect your mobile device to the Strike Amp 12 MK2 via Bluetooth, allowing you to stream music wirelessly during rehearsals or during set breaks. There's also an XLR output for chaining multiple speakers together or sending a signal from the Strike amp to your front-of-house mix. Adapts to Any Stage or Room On stage or in a rehearsal room, the low frequencies of different instruments compete with each other can easily create a dense, muddy sound you don't want. Strike Amp 12 MK2 features an HPF EQ switch that quickly filters out distracting frequencies to make your tone fit perfectly into your mix. Unwanted electrical noise can also be a common problem. The Strike Amp 12 MK2's ground lift switch can eliminate hum caused by ground loops. Road-Ready Lightweight Design The Strike Amp 8 MK2 is rugged yet lightweight and easy to carry (15.7kg), making it easier than ever to load it up for gigs or rehearsal rooms. The Strike Amp 12 MK2 can be used in its intended wedge position, but its versatile design also makes it especially useful in an upright or pole-mounted positions, making it easier to direct sound where you need it, especially where outdoor performances and other locations where PA backlines are restricted.
