Want to click & collect, or try in-store?

Both our Myaree and Wangara stores are open 9–5:30pm Monday – Friday, with Myaree open 9–7pm Thursdays, both stores 9–5pm on Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Stock is live across all three locations and updates as stock is sold, however we still encourage you to call ahead to the store if stock indicated here is low at your preferred location.

Click and collect is a service offered at both store locations, which may require stock to be moved between stores or from the warehouse, as such we request that if you have ordered online, to please wait for a confirmation message before heading to the store.

If stock is only indicated at our warehouse location it can still be transferred to your desired store, even if you just want to try it, just get in touch with your desired store during store opening hours and make a request!

Please also be aware that unless you have paid a deposit to hold an item, it will remain free for sale on the web even if it has been set aside in-store. To avoid disappointment we always recommend a 10% deposit, this can be done in-store or online, just get in touch!
Description

The AKG D112 MkII is a professional dynamic microphone built for powerful low-frequency sound sources in demanding stage and studio environments. Renowned for its authoritative performance and dependable construction, it remains a go-to choice for capturing the impact and character of drums, bass amplification, and brass instruments with professional clarity.

  • Large-diaphragm dynamic microphone delivers powerful, accurate low-frequency response for bass drums, bass cabinets, and trombones.
  • High SPL handling above 160 dB captures extremely loud sources with minimal distortion for demanding stage and studio applications.
  • Low-frequency resonance design produces a solid, authoritative response below 100 Hz for impactful bass drum recordings.
  • Narrow-band 4 kHz presence boost adds punch and definition to help the bass drum cut through dense mixes and loud stage volumes.
  • Integrated hum-compensation coil minimizes unwanted noise for cleaner, more focused audio capture.
  • Integrated flexible mount provides versatile positioning and convenient setup for professional microphone applications.
  • Bass resonance volume chamber contributes to the D112 MkII’s distinctive punchy low-end character.
