Customer Orders 

Customer orders which are not paid in full will require a minimum 40% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is used to secure your item with the supplier and is not refundable due to a change of mind. In an instance where the supplier is unable to fulfil the order, a full refund will be issued.

General 

All orders must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Proof of purchase is required returns, exchanges and warranty claims. All transactions must comply with the guidelines outlined by Australian Consumer Law (ACCC).

Account Customers

Continued use of the account means your acceptance of these terms and any future amendments.

• Approved account customers will receive goods and services as per agreed trading terms.
• Unless otherwise stated all invoices are to be paid within 14 days of fulfilment (delivery or collection).
• Late payments may incur interest charges or account suspension until any outstanding balances are cleared. 
• Ownership of goods remains with the supplier until payment is received in full. 
• Report any discrepancies or claims relating to an invoice within 7 days of receipt.
• Account holder must ensure all contact, billing, and delivery details are current.
  

Product Availability

We make our best efforts to ensure the products you want to shop are available all the time, however due to the sheer volume and variety of product which we source and supply, we are not practically able to have all items available all of the time. In a situation where a stock discrepancy occurs we will notify you within 3 days to arrange a fitting substitute, back order the item or offer a full refund. When an item is available for back order we generally suggest a 2-3 week time frame to source it, however this is dependent on stock availability with that product's supplier. Please contact us directly for accurate stock availability and back order checks.

Digital Communications

 When shopping with us or reaching out you are communicating digitally, in doing so you also consent to receiving digital communications from us. We will be in touch with you by e-mail, SMS or by posting site notices. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide you with digitally are suitable to satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Product Descriptions

Mega Music and it's associated brands always attempt to be as accurate as possible. However Mega Music does not guarantee that all product descriptions and other website content is in its' entirety accurate, complete, reliable, current or correct. If a product is received in a condition different to what is described your solution is to return it in unused condition.

Product & Service Pricing 

Due to the varying value of the Australian Dollar our suppliers have a reserved right to change prices without notice. We endeavour to offer exceptional service, and when pricing errors arise we attempt to absorb any impacts as a result of pricing discrepancies, however when this is not possible, we do reserve the right to change prices in store and on our website without notice. All quotes provided are valid for seven days unless otherwise stated.

License and Site Access

Mega Music grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You may not download (other than for standard page caching) or alter any part of this site without the express written consent of Mega Music.

This license does not permit:

• Any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents
• The collection or use of any product listings, descriptions or prices
• Any derivative use of this site or its contents
• The downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
• The use of data mining, bots, or other data-gathering and extraction tools

No part of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Mega Music.

Gift Vouchers

Mega Music Gift Vouchers are redeemable online at megamusiconline.com.au and in-store at Mega Music. Gift Vouchers are issued in Australian dollars and are not redeemable for cash or refundable, except where required by law.

Expiry

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will not be available for use, except where required by law.

Redemption

Gift Vouchers may be used in whole or in part toward eligible purchases. Any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until expiry. If the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. Mega Music is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of a Gift Voucher, except where required by law.

Returns and Consumer Rights

Products purchased with a Gift Voucher are subject to Mega Music’s standard returns policy. Where a refund is approved, the refund may be returned to the original Gift Voucher or issued as store credit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Misuse

Mega Music reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend a Gift Voucher or transaction where fraud, misuse or tampering is reasonably suspected.

Promotional Vouchers

From time to time, Mega Music may issue promotional, complimentary or goodwill vouchers. Those vouchers may be subject to different terms, including different redemption periods or product exclusions, which will be stated at the time of issue.
