Is your pedal eligible?
- Your pedal must have been purchased from Mega Music. New and Attic purchases are eligible for assessment.
- You must be the original purchaser from Mega Music.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Rebate options
Rebates are based on the amount you originally paid. We will inspect your pedal and confirm that it is functional before making a final offer.
For a pedal assessed as mint, with its original box.
A further rebate option available following our condition and functionality inspection.
For a pedal showing use, in less than mint condition, or without its original box.
Bank transfer is available for approved rebates. Our team will arrange payment details with you after approval.
How it works

- We review your submission. Our team will contact you to arrange an inspection and confirm proof of purchase.
- Receive your final offer. We confirm the rebate after inspecting and testing the pedal.
- Complete the exchange. Once accepted, our team processes the return/exchange and arranges your rebate.

This program is for the original purchaser of a pedal purchased from Mega Music, with proof of purchase.
