The Epiphone 1957 SJ-200 Reissue is packed with vintage-inspired details and features all solid wood construction, including a thermally aged solid Sitka spruce top that is reinforced with scalloped X-bracing, solid figured maple back and sides, multi-ply top and back binding, a two-piece flame maple neck with a walnut stringer, comfortable C profile, and a bound Indian rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl graduated Crown inlays and 20 standard frets.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe neck is attached to the body with a glued-in dovetail joint. The SJ-200 style pickguard has vintage-style graphics, and the rosewood SJ-200 open two-bar Moustache™ bridge has mother-of-pearl inlays.The nut, compensated saddle, and bridge pins are all made of bone. The bound, Gibson-style “open book” headstock features the Epiphone logo and Gibson Crown inlaid in mother-of-pearl.
